    Keith Garder's joint resolution HJR 10 and William Sharer's SJR 1 would amend preserve the right of individual New Mexicans to purchase their own health care in the open market. This is an extremely important right at a time when both the national administration and state political leaders are hoping to impose Canadian-style "socialized" health care systems on us.
