Part of this bill should be to streamline December reporting dates since there is a Federal reporting date requirement of December 1st, which will still only be just days prior to the newly-proposed state reporting date for December.  If we still have to go through all of the motions of reporting most of our data TWICE within days (which is a huge task for larger districts...at least districts who honestly do extract on BOTH December dates), what purpose does this HB 232 serve besides bottlenecking the current state reporting applications?
