Who is asking for this (HB 824)?  If it is the California Corporation,
Waste Connections, Inc., that is dumping huge amounts of waste into the
middle of Sunland Park, then you need to know that ninety-percent (90%)
of that waste originates from outside of New Mexico.  And the people in
Sunland Park are sick.  They want to do this permanently? ("The bill
(House bill 824) gives the owners of a Landfill in the State
of NM the option to apply for either a 20 year or PERMANENT LIFETIME
permit.")

Each of you needs to know that something is radically wrong here!
