1) Re: 2009 House Bill 65 (Extend Deadline for State Legislator Plan 1 Members) by pinon jay on March 8, 2009I find it very interesting that a republic party member who is supposed to be a fiscal conservative would introduce a bill expanding a retirement bill that would expand benefits for himself and other members of the republic party when the republic party members are voting to limit retirement opportunities for others. As an ERB retiree and a member of PERA, I find this extremely objectionable.
