1) Re: 2009 House Bill 598 (Allow Electronic Public Records Requests) by Corey Davis on May 22, 2009I've never requested to inspect public records before, but it seems like it would make the process faster and easier to count e-mails and faxes as legitimate written requests. This bill would allow the press and other investigators more timely access to public information by cutting out the delay of snail mail.
