In concept, this is a great idea to link all the appraisal/assessment property data for a single view of all counties. However, $6M is already way to much to allocate and IT hasn’t even been involved yet. A HIPAA like data standard could be implemented at the state level. That way every County could have read only access with a single common application. What I am trying to say is; invent once, use many.
