• Introduced by Sen. H. Diane Snyder (R) on January 16, 2008, to increase the amounts of money distributed from the Law Enforcement Protection Fund to municipal, university and tribal police and county sheriff departments. Distributions from this fund are also made to the Peace Officers Survivors Fund, which supports families of peace officers killed in the line of duty.
