Introduced by Rep. Gloria C. Vaughn (R) on January 15, 2008, to appropriate $16,500 to pay for a pilot program through New Mexico State Unversity’s Alamogordo campus that will provide on-site professional development training to early childhood service providers in Otero and Lincoln counties.
