• Introduced by Rep. Jimmie C. Hall (R) on January 15, 2008, to appropriate $250,000 to expand student programs and studies of communication disorders for UNM's speech and hearing department. This is part of a package of two bills. HB17 appropriates the same amount for this program for UNM's special education department.
