• Introduced by Rep. Miguel P. Garcia on January 15, 2008, to appropriate $45,000 to pay for a consultant to facilitate the transition of political authority of the South Valley from Bernalillo County to the newly incorporated municipality. This bill is the third in a package of bills to incorporate the South Valley. See also HB11 and HB12.
