• Introduced by Rep. Jose A. Campos (D) on January 17, 2008, to change the amount and the formula for shared gross receipts tax revenue distributed to municipalities so that municipalities get the greater of two formulas as compared each month. The bill also requires the Department of Finance and Administration and the New Mexico Municipal League to make annual reports on these distributions.
