Introduced by Rep. W. Ken Martinez (D) on January 17, 2008, to require that those who have been issued ignition interlocks and drive a vehicle that does not have the device, or who tamper with an ignition interlock device, be subject to penalties of driving with a revoked license or violating the Implied Consent Act.
